Return Policy
How To Return An Item
- The item you are requesting a refund on must be in its original unused condition.
- Clearance items, custom, or special orders are not refundable.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer should contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Please include in your message a note stating the reason for your return. Shipping costs to return the item is paid by the buyer. Upon receipt of items returned a refund will be issued.
Restocking Fee
All items over $50 are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted goods, exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.
