How soon will I receive my order?

We ship nearly all orders in 3 business days (Monday through Friday) with the exception of Custom Orders which may take a few days longer. Upon shipment an e-mail will be sent with package tracking information. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.

What are the costs for shipping?

United States:

• Free when you spend $50 or more. 
• $4.75 - USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 day)
• $9.50 - USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day)

Armed Forces Overseas:

We ship worldwide to military personnel. When checking out select the shipping region as United States and select your Armed Forces location in the drop down section under State. The cost is the same as the United States options with shipping times vary depending on location.

Canada:

• $18.00 USPS First Class International 

International:

• $20.00 via USPS First Class International. Your country may collect additional import and customs fees at delivery. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally. We do our best to ship packages in a timely manner however, once your package leaves Unspoken Elements shop, we have no control over the speed to which it is delivered to your doorstep.
• We are unable to ship to the United Kingdom until further notice.

What is included in my package?

Prayer beads are packaged with a drawstring pouch and a basic guide of how to pray with the beads. We do not mail paper receipts, your receipt is sent electronically through e-mail.

What to do about delayed, lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for post office delays in shipping due to holidays, incorrect addresses, weather issues, and other delays. Please contact the post office directly for any lost/delayed packages.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your guarantee?

If your prayer beads, rosary, or chaplet breaks due to normal wear and tear within 90 days of purchase we will repair it. You will simply pay postage to ship the item to us, we will make the necessary repairs and pay the shipping fee to return the item back to you in new condition. What is your return policy?

Customer should contact us within 5 days of order delivery to request a refund. For complete details on how to return an item please view our return policy.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Florida orders will be charged 7% Sales Tax.

How do I place an order?

When you find an item you would like to purchase simply click the Add To Cart button, at this point you can continue shopping or checkout. To verify your order and checkout just click on the Cart icon at the top of the page. You will be brought to a page where you can checkout as a Guest or Register an Account for faster shopping the next time you visit.

What types of beads and materials do you use?

We use high-quality authentic semi-precious gemstones, natural woods, and materials. The gemstones used in our designs are sourced from all over the world and may come from the United States, Africa, South America, Australia, China, Canada, India, and many other countries depending on the stone.

Our products can include semi-precious gemstones, natural gemstones, genuine Swarovski beads, glass, natural wood, sterling-silver, silver-plated, gold-plated, brass, copper, zinc-alloy, and American made lead-free pewter.

What kind of stringing materials do you use?

Unless otherwise stated our items are strung with high-quality professional jewelry wire. This wire is the strongest on the market and has a soft drape (meaning it drapes smoothly), is flexible, and does not kink easily.

Other stringing materials used are stretch cord for bracelets.

Bead sizes?

Various sizes of beads are used in our prayer beads, the most popular sizes used are 6mm, 8mm. Check our Size Guide for more information.

Monitor Color Variations:

We capture our product images in raw jpeg form to provide a real-life likeness however product color, shade, or tone may vary from photos due to different computer monitor calibrations.

Some gemstones may vary slightly in color shade or pattern as the beads are natural stones. We guarantee the product to appear just as beautiful as pictured and uniquely handmade just for you.
